#LGMladies 2022 was held in the city of Brockton MA. This community event supported the health and wellness of black and brown women. Hosted by CHOSEN., this event consisted of Zumba fitness (facilitated by a well trained and certified Zumba instructor) and Yoga (facilitated by a well trained and certified yoga instructor). This event promoted self-confidence, physical health, and the unification of mind and body.
