31 Day Self Care Challenge: Day 19

Day 19: Check something off of your to-do list.

On day 4 we were challenged to create a list of short term and long term goals. Hopefully from then to now you were able to create that list and check off some of those short term goals.

Seeing that you completed what you have set out to accomplish is always an amazing feeling. It’s also a motivation to keep going.

A to-do list can come in many forms. It may be a traditional list on a piece of paper or  to-do items written on sticky notes, posted on your walls.

Whatever method you decide to use, continue pushing to reach your goals so you can check them off of your list, or take them off of your wall!


Also remember,  everyone moves at their own pace. Do not feel pressured or discouraged. You will check off those items when you complete them.
