There are many benefits to dancing. Let’s explore a few.
It only takes one to tango!
No need to feel like a ball of nerves trying to make sure your coordination is right to impress your partner. You can dance by yourself and it is just as much (maybe even more) fun. All you literally need is your self, nothing more, nothing less.

If you decide to dance with other people it can help you connect with them and interact with them. It’s a great social activity and can help you develop your social skills.
